Job summary

Delaware Bay Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Delaware is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a supportive nursing team and provide high-quality resident care. Hiring immediately, with immediate start for the right candidate.

Salary ranges from $17–$22 per hour, plus a $1.00 night shift differential and an additional $2.50 per hour in lieu of benefits. Full-time positions available across multiple shifts with opportunities for growth and day-one PTO.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in DE/state
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, assisting with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, eating and hygiene
• Support the nursing team by monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions
• Take and record vital signs, weights and input/output as directed
• Ensure residents’ comfort, safety and dignity at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and team members
• Participate in care planning and implementation under licensed nursing staff
