Complete Care, Inc. is hiring a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time 3rd shift position in Connecticut (Naugatuck). This role provides essential personal care, mobility support, vitals monitoring, feeding assistance and living activities for residents in our skilled nursing environment.

The ideal candidate is CNA-certified for the state, able to pass background checks and screenings, and is kind, dependable, and ready to work as part of a compassionate team.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
• Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight and report changes in physical/mental health
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks and ensure fluids
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help participate in activities
• Companionship: Provide friendship and emotional safety for a genuine human bond
• Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
