Job summary

Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our long-term care team. The CNA will serve as a key member of the nursing staff, providing essential daily living assistance with compassion and professionalism.

Ideal candidates hold Alabama CNA certification and demonstrate patience, tact, and enthusiasm for resident well-being. Applications welcome for both full-time and part-time shifts to support 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am schedules.

Qualifications

• Patience and tact when interacting with residents.
• Cheerful disposition and enthusiasm for caregiving.
• Willingness to manage residents with maturity and care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main caregiver supporting activities of daily living.
• Monitor weight, vitals, input/output and patient stability.

CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Key Duties

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our resident’s main care giver providing necessary support for all activities of daily living.
• Maintain patient stability, monitoring weight and vital as well as input and output.
• Communicate any observations in change of resident’s status to the nursing team.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in the state of Alabama.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to manage residents based on maturity level and factuality.
