Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to patients and residents, including but not limited to:
  • Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Helping with feeding and hydration
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient and resident care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up‑to‑date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
