Complete Care at Shrewsbury is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. We offer all shifts (7-3p, 3-11p, 11-7a) and a supportive environment focused on resident well-being and professional growth.

As a CNA you will assist with daily living activities, observe changes, document care, and collaborate with nurses, delivering compassionate, respectful care while upholding regulatory standards and safety. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Observe residents and communicate changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Complete accurate documentation and resident records.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and emotional well-being.
• Follow all state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Partner with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding care.
