Job summary

Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens is actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts (7-3p, 3-11p, 11-7a). Requires active CNA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent; BLS/CPR preferred. We offer flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules, competitive benefits, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted CNA certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Observe residents and communicate changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Complete accurate documentation and resident records.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and emotional well-being.
• Follow all state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Partner with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding care.
