Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. seeks a CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate in-home care for clients in Raeford, NC. You will be valued, respected, and heard as part of our dedicated home care team.

Qualifications

• One year of healthcare experience or equivalent preferred.
• CNA license in good standing with the board.
• Certificate of at least 75 hours of CNA training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Support mobility and transfers using appropriate devices.
• Assist with oral feeding and monitor vital signs.
• Help with home management tasks and meal preparation.

Qualifications for CNA:

• Minimum one year work experience
• Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA training
• Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board

Job Responsibilities for CNA:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
