Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living in Michigan is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to support adults with disabilities and mental health challenges. You’ll join a caring team, deliver daily living assistance, monitor wellbeing, and document care with compassion and professionalism.

We offer flexible schedules (full- and part-time) with 12.5-hour shifts, competitive pay and benefits starting after 60 days, paid training, and opportunities for advancement through our LEAP program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid CNA license.
• Compassionate and patient when supporting individuals with disabilities or mental health challenges.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living skills, personal care, and goal setting.
• Create a safe and positive environment where individuals served feel supported and respected.
• Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and keeping the home organized.
• Provide transportation to appointments, activities, and community events.
• Advocate for individuals served and keep accurate documentation of services provided.
• Administer medications as directed (training provided).
• Support social engagement, recreation, and personal development.
