Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Provide superior care for residents.
• Complete residents’ assignments effectively and promptly.
• Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.
• Document accurately and completely.

Requirements

• Current/Active Utah State CNA license. (Must be Certified)
• Some Weekend and Holiday availability. (flexible options are available)
