Job summary

RegalCare at Blackstone Valley in Northbridge, MA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). In this role you will assist residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and provide comfort and companionship while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

You must hold MA CNA certification; prior long-term care experience is preferred. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in quarterly installments and hourly wages ranging from $16 to $22, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Must hold Massachusetts CNA certification.

CNA Role Summary

As a CNA, you will assist our residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also monitor and record vital signs, assist with mobility and transfers, provide emotional support and companionship, and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff. Your compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.
