Complete Care, Inc. is hiring a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time 3rd shift. You will provide essential personal care, mobility assistance, vital monitoring, meals and hydration, and companionship to residents.

Ideal candidates are CNAs licensed to work in Connecticut, capable of passing background checks and drug screens, and committed to teamwork. We offer daily pay options, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene and toileting.
• Mobility Support: reposition, bed transfers, chair transfers and safe walking.
• Vitals & Monitoring: check vitals/weight and report changes.
• Feeding & Hydration: assist with meals and fluids.
• Living Assistance: make beds and tidy rooms; encourage activities.
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional safety.
• Document: enter care data into our software system.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Personal Care: Help with bathing,dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health

Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids

Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
