Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a caring CNA to support patient health through vital sign monitoring, medication reminders, and accurate charting. You will join a team focused on growth, strong leadership, and a clean, efficient workplace.

Formación

• Must have completed a Nursing Assistant Program.
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice required.

Responsabilidades

• Recording vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff.
• Reminding patients to take medications and other nutritional supplements as needed.
• Checking patient vital signs each day and keeping precise records in the patient's chart
