Cypress Pointe Rehabilitation Center in Wilmington, NC seeks a dedicated CNA to join our team. This role focuses on patient care, vital signs monitoring, medication reminders, and precise charting within a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program is required.

• Remind patients to take medications and other supplements.
• Maintain accurate daily vital sign records in patient charts.

Responsibilities of a CNA:

• Recording vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff
• Reminding patients to take medications and other nutritional supplements as needed
• Checking patient vital signs each day and keeping precise records in the patient's chart

Qualifications for a CNA:

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice required.

Pay Range

18.00-20.00
