Job summary

Maplewood Health Care Center seeks compassionate CNAs to join our care team in Jackson, Tennessee. This full-time role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a chance to work closely with residents in a team-driven setting.

As a CNA, you will assist with activities of daily living, meal delivery, and documentation while maintaining patient confidentiality and promptly reporting changes to the nurse supervisor. Tennessee CNA certification and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
