Job summary

Westview Of Indianola Care Center in Iowa is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate team for 1st and 2nd shifts on a full-time basis.

As a CNA, you will perform Activities of Daily Living, monitor residents' conditions, maintain a safe environment, and contribute to high-quality care. Iowa CNA certification is required or a state-certified completion certificate, with equal opportunity employment reflected in our hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate or certificate of completion from a State IA Accredited CNA program.
• Frontline in clinical department providing daily living assistance and observing residents' condition.
• Commitment to high standard of resident care and safety.

Responsibilities

• PerformActivities of Daily Living (ADLs) for residents.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.
• Contribute to resident care plans and education as needed.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Westview Of Indianola Care Center by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
