Responsibilities:

Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in creating a warm, supportive environment where residents' well-being is prioritized. Your duties include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring a homelike setting that values dignity, respect, and individual attention.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support mobility through transferring and repositioning
  • Assist during mealtimes, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional health

Requirements:

  • Valid CNA certification in Indiana
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility
