Position and Schedule

• CNAs (Full Time and PRN) (8 HOUR SHIFTS)
• Day 6am to 2pm, Evening 2pm to 10pm, Night 10pm to 6am
• Sign-on Bonus $1,000 for Full Time

Responsibilities

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Assists patients to maintain their current level of function or to restore function of ADL’s
• Acts as an active member of the interdisciplinary team
• Complies with the Code of Conduct and corporate compliance
• Maintains confidentiality of all patient information to ensure patient’s rights are protected
• Uses appropriate equipment (lifts/gait belt) and follows policy when transferring patients
• Changes patient bedding as necessary and makes unoccupied beds
• Serves and assists in tray setup and helps with feeding as needed
• Answers call bells timely and reports issues to charge nurse

Must-Haves for Role

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
