NHC HealthCare Rossville is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Rossville facility. We offer day and night shifts with a sign-on bonus of $4,000 for full-time hires, plus opportunities for PRN or part-time schedules.

Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required. We value teamwork, ongoing education, and a supportive work environment for delivering quality elder care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current certification.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document care and communicate patient needs to the team.
