Job summary

NHC HealthCare Smithville is seeking a licensed CNA to join our team in Smithville, TN. This full-time position requires working 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) to support our residents and maintain high-quality care.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, as well as comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, paid time off, and an employee stock purchase option. EOE.
