Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Kutztown, PA is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our long-term care team. CNAs will provide high-quality, hands-on care to residents in a supportive, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth.

The role offers shifts 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, or 11:00pm–7:00am with FT and PT options, plus benefits including health/dental/vision and life insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, tuition

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in PA.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required).
• New CNAs welcome.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care.
• Support nursing staff and care teams.
• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety.
