Job summary

DSP Connections Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Noc Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support individuals with I/DD in a 24-hour care setting.

This role requires overnight shifts, with 3 days per week from 10pm to 6am, including one weekend night, offering opportunities for advancement based on performance. The ideal candidate has at least two consecutive years of experience working with individuals with I/DD, including complex behaviors and medical needs, and holds a CNA license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two continuous years of experience working with individuals with I/DD.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviors and medical needs.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Job Type: Part Time

Salary: $26-30 depending on experience

Schedule to fill: 3 days per week from 10pm-6am (total of 24 hours per week) and include 1 weekend night per week

Requirements:

• Minimum of two continuous years of experience working with individuals with I/DD, including one year specifically supporting complex behaviors and medical needs.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• First Aid/CPR/AED Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• COVID vaccination encouraged.
• Be physically capable of bending, stooping and lifting with 2-person transfer- patient 90 pounds

Additional Skill Set:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable with medical and behavioral terminology and practices.
• Experience with communication tools and electronic devices.
• Safe driving skills.
