Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) care for residents.
• Reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Answering patients’ call lights and requests.
• Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing.
• Preparing patients for transfers or discharge.
• Comply with all regulatory protocols related to infection control.
• Observance of patient diet restrictions as prescribed by the physician.
• Assist in the provision of emergency care.
