Job summary

Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Cortland, NY is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated caregiving team across day, evening and night shifts.

You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor vitals, support mobility, help with meals, and work closely with our nursing staff to deliver high-quality, respectful care in a warm, supportive environment that values every resident’s comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• Compassionate and patient-centered attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and responsible work ethic
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Assisting during meals and encouraging proper nutrition
• Taking and recording vital signs
• Observing residents and reporting any changes to the nursing team

• Working closely with nurses and fellow CNAs to provide excellent care
