Job summary

Visiting Angels in Boxborough, MA seeks a compassionate CNA/LNA to provide one-on-one home care for seniors, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, transportation support, and documentation via a smartphone app; day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts are available, with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have compassionate, dependable and patient demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• CNA/LNA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current CNA or LNA license preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience caring for seniors and/or adults with disabilities, professionally or personally
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care experience is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional
• Must genuinely enjoy helping others
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Active automobile insurance (required)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Comfortable using a smartphone to clock in/out and complete documentation
