• Department: Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living
• Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time, Evenings (8-hour shifts, rotating weekends/holidays)
• Salary Range: $16.37 - $21.19 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic patient care activities as ordered by physicians and supervised by RNs
• Support patients with personal care, activities of daily living, and transfers/transport
• Report changes in physical, mental, or emotional conditions to nursing staff
• Maintain patient rooms, identify safety hazards, and take corrective actions
• Provide care tailored to specific populations, ensuring individualized attention

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required prior to hire
• BLS Provider certification preferred (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
