About the Role

As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) at Tanglewood Nursing & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. Your primary focus will be to assist patients with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. You will work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly. Minimum Qualifications
  • Current and valid Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification recognized by KANSAS.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
  • Basic knowledge of patient care and safety standards.
  • Ability to pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a long-term care or rehabilitation facility.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Additional training or certification in specialized care areas such as dementia or palliative care.
Responsibilities
