• Observe residents and report health changes to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care.

• Document intake and feeding.
• Make beds and keep resident spaces clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Turn bedridden residents as directed.
• Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere for residents and families.
• Assist with providing clinical care as directed.

WeCare Centers at The Green Home Care Center, located at 37 Central Ave, Wellsboro, PA, 16901, is actively seeking dedicated CNAs to add to our growing team! Job Duties

• Resident observation.
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Maintaining resident's personal hygiene, including but not limited to bed bath, shaving, ect.
• Feeding of residents and documenting intake.
• Making resident beds and ensuring resident space is clean and tidy.
• Transporting residents within the facility.
• Turning bedridden residents.
• Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere for residents and family members.
• Assist with providing clinical care as directed.

Qualifications
