Job summary

WeCare Centers Avalon Springs Care Center, located at 745 Greenville Road, Mercer, PA, 16137, is actively seeking dedicated CNAs to join our team. We offer 2nd shift FT opportunities with a $1,000 sign-on for part-time and $2,500 for full-time; competitive pay, flexible schedules, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include resident observation, hygiene, feeding, documentation, and assisting with clinical care as directed. Valid PA CNA certification required to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA Certification in the state of PA.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Maintain residents' personal hygiene (bed bath, shaving, etc.).
• Assist with feeding residents and document intake.
• Make beds and keep resident spaces clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Turn bedridden residents.
• Provide a caring, compassionate atmosphere for residents and families.
• Assist with providing clinical care as directed.
