Job summary

WeCare Centers at Avalon Care Center, located at 3410 West Pittsburg Road, New Castle, PA 16101, is actively seeking dedicated CNAs to provide compassionate, reliable care and assist residents with daily activities in a comfortable environment.

• Must hold a valid PA CNA certification.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resident observation.
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Maintaining resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath and shaving.
• Feeding residents and documenting intake.
• Making resident beds and keeping space clean and tidy.
• Transporting residents within the facility.
• Turning bedridden residents.
• Providing a caring and compassionate atmosphere for residents and families.
• Assist with providing clinical care as directed.
