Job summary

WeCare Centers at Heritage Care Center, located at 5701 Phillips Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15217, is actively seeking dedicated CNAs to join our growing team. You will provide compassionate care, assist residents with daily activities, and help maintain a comfortable, safe living environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Provide meals, document intake and assist with feeding.
• Make beds and keep resident spaces clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility and assist with turning bedridden residents.
• Provide a caring atmosphere for residents and family members.
• Assist with providing clinical care as directed.

Job Duties

• Resident observation.
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Maintaining resident’s personal hygiene, including but not limited to bed bath, shaving, ect.
• Feeding of residents and documenting intake.
• Making resident beds and ensuring resident space is clean and tidy.
• Transporting residents within the facility.
• Turning bedridden residents.
• Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere for residents and family members.
• Assist with providing clinical care as directed.

Qualifications
