What You Do:

  • As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will:
  • Provide efficient, individualized care that helps residents maintain or achieve their highest possible physical, mental, and psychological well-being.
  • Participate in daily nursing reports and maintain accurate electronic documentation.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting.
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions, making independent decisions as needed.
  • Collaborate with a high-quality, supportive team to deliver outstanding care.

What You Need:

  • A current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide license or completion of a Michigan
  • A positive, can-do attitude dedicated to helping others.
