Job summary

MercyOne Health System is seeking a Home Care Aide II to join the Home Health Aide-Davenport team. You will provide personal care and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, and perform homemaking as assigned.

Qualifications include CNA certification or 75-hour nurse aide course with multi-state registry eligibility, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and Basic Life Support training. Prior experience is not required beyond 1 year.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA certification/75-hour nurse aide course and state registry eligibility in Iowa or Illinois.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and auto insurance; local/state requirements apply.
• Basic Life Support completed during orientation; 13-hour pre-service education within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support under RN supervision.
• Perform homemaking tasks as assigned and assist with daily living activities.
