Job summary

The position includes a Baylor Night Shift from 6 PM to 12 AM on Friday through Sunday, with a shift differential. Duties include grooming, vital signs, meals, and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse.

Qualifications

• Support the development of individualized care plans through accurate data collection
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Follow safety protocols to protect residents from neglect, abuse, and environmental hazards

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to elderly residents in specialized care units, including dementia and rehabilitation units. You will work both independently and as part of a nursing team, assisting licensed nurses by providing direct care to residents and helping to maintain a safe and comforting environment.

This position offers a 1/2 shift Baylor Night Shift from 6 PM to 12 AM, covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, along with a shift differential.
