Job summary

KALESTA HEALTHCARE GROUP in Sequim, WA is seeking an entry-level Hospitality Aide to assist residents with personal needs, safety, and comfort under supervision of LPN/RN or Unit Manager. This role focuses on maintaining a supportive, respectful environment in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include caring for residents, ensuring timely response to call lights, serving meals, and helping with daily tasks while upholding center policies and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior experience in a long-term care setting is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and relate well to residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Makes both occupied and unoccupied beds (as assigned).
• Checks residents/patients frequently to assure that their personal care needs are met.
• Answers all call lights promptly.
• Serves food trays.
• Serves between meal and bedtime snacks.
• Keeps resident’s/patient’s water pitchers clean and filled with fresh water on each shift.
