Job summary

Lutheran SeniorLife is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for Center Specific duties in Beaver County. The role supports participants with mobility, daily activities, and personal care across center and home settings.

A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with wages starting at $19 per hour. Qualified candidates will hold PA CNA certification, have at least 1 year of experience with the elderly, and possess reliable transportation to cover shifts and center visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Pennsylvania State Nurse Aide Certification; must be listed on state nurse aide registry and without allegations.
• At least 1 year experience with the frail or elderly.
• Dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with mobility exercises to improve independence.
• Aide activities such as walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, toileting, incontinence care, feeding, showering.
• Help participants get to and from the restroom and transportation, and support socialization at the center.
• Provide care across center or home settings in line with LIFE program goals.
