Apple Rehab Watertown, a premier rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Watertown, CT, is hiring a CNA to join our caring team. Competitive pay up to $21 per hour, depending on shift.

You will assist residents with bathing, grooming, mobility, and daily living activities, document care, and report changes to supervisors. We offer shift differentials, per diem weekend coverage, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification in good standing.
• No history of patient/resident abuse per State Registry.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dental care, dressing, walking, and mobility.
• Record care provided and monitor residents; report changes to supervisor.
• Observe and report accidents or injuries and respond to emergencies.
