Qualifications

• Current and Valid CNA certification or willingness to attend classes.

• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including meals, turning, ambulating, and providing fluids/nourishment.
• Help Residents with personal hygiene.
• Observe and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Abide by federal, state and local requirements and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of Resident and Facility data.
