Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, weight) as ordered.
• Assist patients with ADLs, mobility, and orientation under supervision.
• Support with feeding, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Provide comfort measures and personal care (hygiene, grooming, linens).
• Assist with equipment setup, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and report concerns to RN.
