Sevita’s NeuroRestorative division in Colorado is hiring a full-time CNA for night shifts. The role involves supporting individuals with brain and medically complex needs, monitoring health conditions, assisting with daily living, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of CNA certification program; current state CNA certification.
• One year CNA experience preferred, ideally with medically complex patients.
• Current BLS, CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
• Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health conditions of individuals served and ensure quality services.
• Provide assistance and supervision in daily living, personal care, and community integration.
• Help maintain safe, quality supports for individuals served.
• Initiate emergency procedures as needed.
• Use equipment correctly and safely.
• Report hazardous conditions, accidents, or incidents to supervisor.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation.
• Assist with resident activity programs and off-site appointments.
• Assist with household activities including meal prep and room readiness.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and treat others with dignity and respect.
