Wesleyan Health and Rehabilitation Center seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily resident care under supervision. You will assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and vital signs, while maintaining dignity and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State-approved CNA certification in good standing (ISDH).
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, feeding and daily living activities.
• Monitor vital signs and document care as directed by the nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
