Qualifications

• Current Michigan CNA certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Compassionate demeanor with genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Administer medications as directed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
