**NEED TO FILL IMMEDIATELY**

Job Summary:We seek a qualified, dedicated, compassionate, and experienced individual to join our growing team. The right candidate will have a strong background in home healthcare.

1 Client for 36 hours total per week -- $16/hr

Client resides in a memory care facility

Benefits:

Pay $16/hr

Experience required:

Caregiving:1 year (required)

Range Of Motion: (Preferred)

License/Certification:Valid DL, First Aid/CPR/PCA/CNACertification (Preferred)

Work Location: Memory Healthcare Facility/ Clients' Home

Responsibilities(may include but are not limited to):

Provide general ADL care including personal hygiene assistance and/or companion care to clients within memory care facilities or assisting in the homes of those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or accidents by attending to their general care needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, andeating.

Assist clients with ambulation and help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)

Plan and prepare smallmeals.

Assist client in completing shopping or accompany them in doing so when applicable.

Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases ofemergency.

Offer activities that areessential for daily living by assisting client with their meals, including serving and other tasks, when applicable.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-relatedduties.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day

Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportivemanner.

Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment

Willingness to enforce health and safetystandards.
