Comforts of Home Senior Living in Menomonie is seeking a CNA/Caregiver to join our dedicated team at the CBRF location. You will provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance, helping residents maintain independence and dignity every day.

We offer both part-time and full-time roles on the AM shift with a competitive pay range. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and education support to help you grow in your caregiving career.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist with personal care including shampooing, showering/bathing, incontinence management, transfers, and medication administration.
• Communicate in a professional, respectful, and kind manner; assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
