Job summary
Fisher Senior Care and Rehab Center is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate care and daily living assistance to residents. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with bathing, grooming, and mobility, and document health observations.
This role emphasizes teamwork and high-quality patient experiences. Starting wage is $17.15 per hour with $3.40 hero pay and a $1.50 shift premium for 2nd shift, plus best-in-class benefits including tuition reimbursement and loan repayment options.
Qualifications
- Completed approved Nursing Assistant training program.
- Current CNA Nursing Assistant certification required from the State of Michigan.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering care.
Responsibilities
- Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, skin care, grooming, dressing).
- Monitor nutritional intake, vital signs, and routine health checks.
- Support therapy and rehabilitation activities and report changes to the nursing team.
- Promote hospitable, patient-centered service in all interactions.
