Location: Menlo Park
The CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Caregiver reports to the Program Manager for the Geriatric Health Care for Homeless Veterans (Geriatric HCHV) program. This is a non-supervisory role responsible for providing specialized care and support to elderly individuals participating in the Geriatric HCHV program. Responsibilities include coordination of services, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and ensuring residents receive medical, social, and other supports/resources to live independently. The role involves working closely with the LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) Medical Case Manager, staff, residents, VA staff, healthcare providers, and community partners.

The CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Caregiver reports to the Program Manager for the Geriatric HCHV program. The position involves collaboration with LVN, staff, residents, VA, and community providers.
Associate of Science (preferred), Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move items up to 20 pounds. Finger dexterity for computer use. Ability to assist with transfers of residents with limited mobility.
This in-person position reports to our location in Menlo Park, CA. It involves working in an office and residential environment. Remote work is not available.
$30-$34 per hour, depending on qualifications and location. Full-time benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K match, holidays, and vacation. Part-time benefits may vary.
