Job summary

Aging Well Health Care, LLC is seeking compassionate caregiver floaters to support seniors and homebound clients in their own homes across the St. Charles, Warren and West St. Louis County areas. You will provide daily living assistance, companionship, and practical support to help clients live safely at home.

Qualifications

• Must have two years of professional paid work experience as a CNA or caregiver in daily living activities.
• Willingness to travel throughout service territory and support multiple clients in one day.
• Weekday and weekend flexibility is required and shifts may range from 4–12 hours.
• Strong computer skills including word processing and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility and transfers for clients in their homes.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and bed linen changes.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with transportation or errands within service area.

What You Will Do

Our Floaters provide essential daily support and companionship to our clients who live in the St Charles, Warren and West St Louis County areas. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Helping with mobility and transfers
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed linen changes
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Transportation or errands

Requirements

• CNA preferred, but not necessary
• Must have weekday and weekend flexibility
• Available to travel 80% of the day and work more than one client in a day with distance in-between clients
• Caregiver shifts may range from 4 to 12 hours in length and maybe located anywhere within our St Charles, Warren and West St Louis county service territory.
• Must have two years of professional paid work experience as a CNA or Caregiver performing daily living activities preferably in client's private homes.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and the skills necessary to provide the care appropriate to the age of the clients served.
• Average to above computer skills, including word processing, data entry
• Must be a self-starter, pro-active person, able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be a team player dedicated to providing a high level of customer service, with a positive attitude
