Job summary

BAYADA is hiring Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, Personal Care Aides, Home Health Aides, and CNAs to provide compassionate, one-on-one support to patients at home in KC, MO and surrounding areas.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, short commutes, a positive work environment, PTO, and health benefits. CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA opportunities include part-time hours with PRN options and potential to grow hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home care is beneficial.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.
• Strong communication and empathy when supporting clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
