Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and CNA to provide compassionate, reliable in-home support to patients. Roles include performing ADLs and related tasks for clients in Columbia, MO and surrounding areas, with part-time up to full-time hours and PRN options.

Hourly pay ranges seen for DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver at $16.00 and active MO CNA at $17.00, with weekly pay, flexible schedules, short commutes,

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Home management tasks (laundry, meal preparation, bed making)
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
