Discovery Senior Living in Cedar Rapids seeks a compassionate Care Giver/Med Tech to provide hands-on care and support residents in a safe home-like environment. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and document changes while collaborating with the health care team.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Care for designated group of residents during shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe, report and document symptoms or changes in residents’ condition.
• Respond promptly to call bells and notify supervisor if care needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation in resident suites and restrooms.
• Assist with meals, help with daily living activities, and support independence and safety.
