Job summary

Southern Pines Senior Living in Thomasville, GA is hiring compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to provide hands-on support in our Assisted Living and Memory Care programs. You will help residents maintain independence with dignity and quality of life through attentive daily care and meaningful interactions.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, dining support, and documenting observations, while following care plans and collaborating with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, personal care aide, or healthcare experience preferred.
• CNA certification is preferred but not required for some caregiver roles.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate attitude and genuine interest in working with seniors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents with dining assistance and hydration needs.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Document care services and resident observations accurately.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members to provide high-quality care.
